Student Case Competition Team

Congratulations to our School of Business students for their exceptional performance at the National MBA Games in Hamilton, Ontario; securing 2'nd place in the HON Hotels Case Competition and 3'rd place in the CCG Case Competition, and ranking among Canada’s elite business schools. Congratulations to SEM Chair Michael Lounsbury, who joined the 2025 class of Royal Society fellows, and Angelique Slade Shantz who was named to the Royal Society of Canada's College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists in recognition of their early-career achievements.

On March 14 and 15, 2025, the Alberta School of Business was proud to co-host HRC West 2025 with CPHR Alberta, bringing together top HR students from across Alberta and British Columbia. This dynamic competition highlighted the value of experiential learning and reflected our ongoing commitment to developing future leaders who inspire one another through knowledge, collaboration, and innovation.
