Career Portal Updates

Based on feedback from hiring teams, we’ve made improvements to the Career Portal experience to streamline the hiring process. 

What’s changing? 

Updated candidate recruitment phases and states - Based on feedback from hiring teams, we’ve updated the candidate phases and states workflow in the system to make it easier to organize, filter and manage the candidate selection process. 

• While the recruitment phases in the system will stay the same, we’ve reduced the redundancy and number of states within each phase to make the process clearer and more intuitive for hiring managers.
• Starting March 2, any new job requisitions will follow the new phases and states. Recruitments that are currently in progress will continue to follow the existing phases and states until they are closed.
• The Getting Started: Hiring Guide for Managers will be updated later this week to include the new candidate recruitment workflow.
