Shared Services finance forms are now live in our new Finance Forms Cabinet in Alfresco.

Why The Change: 

• Security & Privacy: Restricts access to sensitive financial and personal data using University CCID/Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication to align with U of A privacy standards.
• Accuracy: Ensures everyone always accesses the most up-to-date, approved form templates. 
• Efficiency: Minimizes processing errors caused by outdated local copies and improves overall response times.
