To simplify on-campus recruitment,  our office has transitioned to using the University of Alberta’s enterprise recruitment platform, campusBRIDGE. This change enables companies recruiting from multiple faculties on our campus to use one platform for all of their hiring activities — whether looking to fill a summer, permanent, or co-op opportunity.

How to access campusBRIDGE

Existing Employer Partners

If you have not previously used campusBRIDGE, as an existing employer partner of our co-op program, an account has been created for you.

Your first step will be to reset your password, using the system’s Forgot Password feature. Once you have done so, visit campusBRIDGE and sign in under the "Employer & Partners" tab using your email address as your login ID.

New Employer Partners

If you are new to recruiting on our campus, please follow these steps to create your campusBRIDGE account:

  1. Go to campusBRIDGE and select "Employers & Partners."
  2. Click on "Register for an Account."
  3. Fill in all relevant fields and click "Submit."
  4. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for staff to review and approve your account.

Note: After submitting your request you may be contacted for follow-up if additional information is required. If you have not received communication after 2 business days, please check your spam folder.

Once your account is verified, you will receive a message notifying you that you can start submitting job postings for approval.
