Tech support for Engineering students comes from both the Faculty's EnggIT Services and the University's central Information Services and Technology (IST) area, depending on what you need help with.
For help with things like your CCID or student email services:

If you're having problems with computers or printers in a Faculty of Engineering computer lab or office:
