Transforming technology ideas into successful products

​This presentation is an overview of how tech-focused ideas could potentially become successful products.

​An introductory discussion about the fundamental constituents of a product and how it could add value to a customer, transitions into a discussion about options to commercialize a product. Using a Business Canvas Model, some of the key considerations in how to transform an idea into a product from a business activities perspective are illustrated.
