Research Funding opportunities available!

The Northern Scientific Training Program and UofA Northern Research Awards research funding programs have opened!

Meet Dr. Stephanie Ewing, Montana State University and the current holder of The Cameron Visiting Professorship in Northern/Circumpolar Research University of Alberta

At UAlberta, she seeks explicit observation of paleo records and modern environments that span the continental gradient between temperate grasslands and boreal permafrost environments. To this end, Stephanie is collaborating with Duane Froese (EAS), Alberto Reyes (EAS), Long Li (EAS) and Suzanne Tank (BioSciences).

UAlberta North supports students through grants, awards, training, and summer internships, including the Engage North program.
