Requirement to update your personal information

Shared Services has an operational requirement to collect your personal information and does so in accordance with the FOIP Act. The university uses your personal information to ensure confidential information such as insurance coverage updates, benefits claims, pension forms and tax slips are sent directly to you. Therefore, if you are currently using your university contact information, we would ask you to review and update through BearTracks immediately.
