The Office of Alumni Relations is providing complimentary spots in Native Studies if you are a grad! For this intake, there is $2000 in funding for alumni learning opportunities and then we will close this application. We will reopen a new application once we have a new set of courses to offer so check back often.

Managing Energy and Mitigating Burnout

This 4-week course is online with a lesson released each week that you can complete when it works for you. During the course, you will work on implementing simple practices and habits that support you in effectively managing your energy and mitigating burnout. You will also engage in reflective learning exercises and have opportunities to interact with your peers.
