Replacement ONEcards

Incoming students - Fall 2021

  1. Register in at least one class
  2. Upload your photo
  3. Get a ONEcard
    • Pick up your ONEcard at the InfoLink ONEcard Service Centre in HUB Mall

Learning remotely? Follow steps 1 and 2 above and then view your virtual ONEcard starting September 1, 2021

To request a replacement ONEcard (fees apply):

  1. Upload your new photo
  2. Pick up your ONEcard (please confirm office hours prior to pick up)

To request a ONEcard during this time:

  1. Upload your photo
  2. If you are a new staff member, please email ONEcard@ualberta.ca to confirm your eligibility
  3. Pick up your ONEcard (please confirm office hours prior to pick up as they may change daily)


Card Replacement

Is the card replacement date on your ONEcard nearing or has it completely passed you by? Fear not, your ONEcard never expires. Please exchange your old card for a new one by following the replacement cards steps above. There is no fee to replace these ONEcards.
