Please note you will need a physical ONEcard to access buildings with in-person classes.

Replacement ONEcards

To request a replacement ONEcard:

  1. Upload your photo
  2. For lost/stolen ONEcards, deposit the replacement fee to your ONEcard account
  3. Pick up your ONEcard (please confirm office hours prior to pick up as they may change daily)

ONEcard for staff, post docs and contractors

To request a ONEcard during this time:

  1. Upload your photo
  2. If you are a new staff member, please email ONEcard@ualberta.ca to confirm your eligibility
  3. Pick up your ONEcard (please confirm office hours prior to pick up as they may change daily)

U-Pass Distribution

The U-Pass program at the University of Alberta has been temporarily suspended. For up to date information, please visit the U-Pass program webpage.

For fare options during the program suspension, please visit the City of Edmonton Transit Fares website.


Card Replacement

Is the card replacement date on your ONEcard nearing or has it completely passed you by? Fear not, it isn't expired and your card won't stop working. Please exchange your old card for a new one by following the replacement cards steps above. There is no fee to replace these ONEcards.

Staff ONEcards must be replaced before this date in order to use the Staff LRT program.
