Virtual ONEcard for Distance Learning Students
Virtual ONEcards are available for students studying remotely. On premise students will receive a physical ONEcard.
How do I get my Virtual ONEcard?
Register for classes
You can get a virtual ONEcard once you are registered in at least one class.
Upload your photo
Upload a photo and fill out the Request Virtual ONEcard form.
If you already have a ONEcard, you do not need to upload a new photo.
Download the app
Follow these steps to set up your Virtual ONEcard.
- Open or download the MyUAlberta app on your Apple or Android phone
- Find MyONEcard and tap My Virtual ONEcard. This will open the TouchNet ONEcard app or direct you to the app in your device’s app store to download
- Select University of Alberta and log in with your CCID and password
- Choose View Card to view your virtual ONEcard
