The Department of Cell Biology Imaging Facility is located in room 5-05E Medical Sciences Building.

  • Zeiss ZEN acquisition software (http://www.zeiss.com/micro)
  • AxioImager Inverted Microscope stand (10x, 20x, 40x, 63x, 100x objectives)

  • Rates and microscope usage policy

  • 405, 488, 546 diode laser excitation
  • Leica DMBRE inverted microscope
  • Stage mounted chamber (temperature and CO2 regulated)

(Located in the Simmonds Lab, 5-19 Medical Sciences Building)
