UACS (Undergraduate Association of Computing Science) strives to make life a better place for Computing Science students at the U of A. They are the friendly faces that host lab intros at the beginning of the year, can hook you up with a tutor or get you involved with an intramural team. Be sure to stop by their office (CSC 1-40) and say hello!

The CSGSA offers support and activities for Computing Science graduate students.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to join the Buddy List! We're always looking for volunteers to be assigned to a new student to act as his or her "buddy." If your buddy has a question pertaining to departmental matters, or even general questions about life in Edmonton, you can answer.
Ada's Team is a student group supporting diversity in computing, games and technology at the University of Alberta. They can be found in CSC 1-24.
The Outreach Program is a Department initiative that offers information and presentations to junior high and high school students, as well information for K-12 teachers, schools and libraries. We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to help with tours and demos so keep your eye on your email to find out how you can get involved or email our outreach director, (email@example.com) for more information!
The Programming Club participates in several programming contests throughout the year. Show up and discuss problem statements, descriptions, methods of attack, as well as sample solutions.

The GSA is a student-run, not-for-profit organization, and the official representative body for all M.Sc. and Ph.D. students at the University of Alberta.
