Updates for the U of A community for the week ending April 17

Sign up to clear your locker

Time slots have been made available for you to pick up items from your locker Wednesday, April 22 and Thursday, April 23. Please register for your locker appointment at this link: https://signup.com/go/jgVkNVN

To help ensure safe physical distancing, only 15 appointments will be offered for each time. If you can’t make it to any of the available appointments please email focomms@ualberta.ca 

Privacy and Records Management when working from home

The Privacy and Records Teams have developed guidance to assist you and your teams in protecting,  managing and sharing information with your colleagues while working from home.
