Adjusting cleaning frequency over the spring/summer terms

As the weather gets warmer and activities on our campuses decrease, so do our cleaning needs. This year, we are using this time to pilot an adjustment to our cleaning frequency.

Over the spring and summer 2026 terms we will reduce the frequency of our cleaning services. We hope this pilot will allow us to find efficiencies while limiting noticeable disruptions. We will resume our regular cleaning frequency for the fall term.

Regular cleaning services will be maintained for facilities that host summer camps. If you anticipate a need for enhanced cleaning support, please contact your Facilities Services Partner as soon as possible to discuss your requirements.

There are additional actions you can take to help keep our facilities clean, including using waste stations in centralized locations, keeping spaces tidy, cleaning messes when they happen and reporting any issues as soon as you see them.
