Named after the founder of the university’s mechanical engineering department, supporting the Spirit of George Ford Endowment Fund, mechanical engineering undergraduate students can obtain exceptional engineering education through hands-on experience they can’t get anywhere else. David and Joan Lynch School of Engineering Safety and Risk Management Endowment Fund

When you give to the David and Joan Lynch School you are creating a culture of engineering safety and risk management (ESRM) that will make our world a safer place. This school is the first of its kind in Canada and prepares students to meet the need and demand for risk assessment and risk management in engineering.
