Career Fairs
Our engineering students attend the following career fairs organized by the University of Alberta Career Centre, the Engineering Students' Society and the Computer Engineering Club:

This multidisciplinary career fair is the University's largest and helps companies connect with students from Faculties across campus. This year, Careers Day will be held on Sept. 23, 2026, 12 - 4:30 p.m. MT in the Van Vliet Complex.

Organized by the Engineering Students' Society (ESS), the ESS Career Fair is held annually in January. This event connects students and young alumni from all engineering disciplines with industry for summer, Co-op and new grad opportunities.

This year, the Spring Hiring Fair will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2027, from 12 - 4:30 p.m. in the Dinwoodie Lounge in the Students’ Union Building (SUB).
