Get cooking, savoury style in this culinary event with fellow alumni led by Patricia Luu, ‘05 BA, and owner of Lethbridge’s own Umami Shop!

Patricia and husband Sven took their popular in-person Umami cooking classes online during the pandemic, streaming worldwide and bringing the comfort of cuisine into people’s homes. They believe eating well and laughing otten should be a regular part of life. Umami Shop is known for providing its patrons with a way to explore world cuisine through the finest ingredients, best recipes, and bringing the community together. Join us for this hands-on experience in class and learn how to make Butter Chicken, all while hearing from Patricia Luu about how she went from U of A grad to Lethbridge business owner.

This event is open to all alumni and their guests.

This event is now sold out.
