Wild Women brings together two leading voices in religion, ecology, and ethics for a wide-ranging public conversation on how women’s leadership, ecological knowledge, and moral imagination can help us face the challenges of the 21st century.

Kimberly Carfore, Professor at the University of San Francisco, the co-chair of the Religion and Ecology Unit at the American Academy of Religion, and an advisory board member on the Forum of Religion and Ecology at Yale. She is also the host of the podcast "Return to the Fire" and the founder of Wild Women, a nonprofit that integrates the humanities, arts, and sciences through outdoor, place-based practices that foster self-knowledge, resilience, and ecological responsibility.

Christiana Zenner, Associate Professor of Theology, Science, and Ethics at Fordham University, works in legacies of Catholic social teaching from an anti-colonial, feminist lens and water justice examining how ethics, power, and ecology shape struggles for equitable futures.
