Opening and closing comments will be presented by the Peter Lougheed School of Politics & Democracy and IPAC Alberta.
About David Coletto
Dr. David Coletto is known for translating complex shifts in public opinion into clear insights for decision-makers. His recent thought leadership centres on the rise of a “precarity mindset”: the ways uncertainty and insecurity affect how Canadians view work, policy, society, and the future. David helps audiences understand what people believe, why beliefs are changing, and what it means for leaders.
David holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Calgary and teaches in Carleton University’s Graduate Program in Political Management, bringing together academic expertise in political behaviour, survey research, and public affairs strategy with extensive applied experience advising leaders across sectors. He is the Founder, Chair, and CEO of Abacus Data and a frequent commentator, speaker, and writer.
