Public Art & Texture Walk

Step outside and learn about the (not-so) hidden gems across campus!

Join the Museums team for a guided walk around campus, exploring highlights of the public art in the University of Alberta Museums Art Collection.

At each stop, we’ll use play-dough to capture interesting textures to create stamps. Layer your stamps or collage them together to craft a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your personal experience of the campus landscape.

All materials will be provided. The tour will happen rain or shine, so please dress for the weather. If there are severe weather conditions (heavy rainfall, wildfire smoke, etc), the tour will be rescheduled for another date.
