About the conference
The Student Experience Conference is a gathering of student experience champions who are committed to enhancing the student journey in postsecondary education. Returning on April 16, 2027, it brings together staff, researchers, student leaders and community partners to share evidence-informed practices and strategies that enhance the student experience in post-secondary education.
Designing for Real Lives: Rethinking Student Experiences
As post-secondary institutions and student needs evolve, student services professionals face complex challenges. This year's conference theme explores how intentional, purpose-driven action can transform the student experience, and how we can design programs, services and spaces around the realities of the students we serve.

Presentation formats
Presentations
15-minute presentation highlighting a specific project, practice or research finding. Presentations will be grouped in sets of 2 to 3 under a common theme, followed by a dedicated time for Q&A with the audience.
Workshops
60-minute interactive learning session focused on learning a particular skill on a relevant topic.
Panel discussion
3 to 4 panelists and one moderator speak to a specific topic impacting students, followed by Q&A (60 minutes).
