Call for nominations: Awards for Faculty Excellence adjudication committee
An adjudication committee for the Awards for Faculty Excellence is being established by the Vice-Provost (Learning Initiatives). General Faculties Council (GFC) is calling for applications by interested Academic Staff members to fill the following vacancies: Two (2) Academic Staff members (A1.0) as defined in the Recruitment Policy Appendix A.
The committee will meet:

Call for Nominations: Advisory Search Committee for Vice-President (International and Enterprise)
General Faculties Council (GFC) welcomes your interest in serving as one of the two (2) Academic Staff representatives (See Recruitment Policy A1, A2, A3), to serve on the Selection Committee for the Vice-President (International and Enterprise) as set out in the UAPPOL Vice-Presidentail Search and Review Procedure.
Nomination and Election Process:
This nomination form must be completed and submitted prior to October 7, 2024 in order to be considered. Nominees must be able to attend all meetings.
- Meeting 1: Oct. 16 - 9 -10:30 a.m
- Meeting 2: Nov. 25 - 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.
- Meeting 3: Dec. 11 - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Upon reaching the nomination deadline, if multiple nominations are received, an election will be held by the faculty and the appointed academic staff representatives on GFC to declare a final candidate. For election purposes, each nominee profile is shared with GFC members.

Call for Nominations: Dean Selection Committee for the School of Public Health
A selection committee for the dean selection for the School of Public Health is being established by the Provost and Vice-President (Academic). General Faculties Council (GFC) is calling for applications by interested Academic Staff members to fill the following vacancy: One (1) Academic Staff member (A1.0) from outside the Faculty concerned as defined in the Recruitment Policy Appendix A.
