CampusBRIDGE Information
Getting Started With CampusBRIDGE
Before you can create a KSR practicum posting, your agency must have an active CampusBRIDGE account. A CampusBRIDGE login is required to submit and manage practicum postings, review student applications, schedule interviews, rank candidates, and confirm placements through the KSR placement process.
If your agency does not yet have a CampusBRIDGE account, please create one as early as possible to avoid delays in the recruitment process.

To create a KSR practicum posting, your agency must first register for a CampusBRIDGE employer account.

Requirements for Practicum Posting Approval

- Provide a clear description of student responsibilities and hour distribution
- Outline expected projects or deliverables
- Create a competency profile including required skills and qualifications
- Assign a qualified supervisor, with the option for multiple supervisors if appropriate
- Designate one Agency Supervisor who is responsible for performance feedback, communication with the KSR PEXL Lead, and providing a safe and supportive learning environment

Conduct Interviews
Agencies contact shortlisted students to schedule interviews. Interviews may be held virtually or in person. Agencies are encouraged to interview all applicants whenever possible; however, we recognize that application volumes can be high, and agencies may choose to interview only shortlisted candidates. Agencies are encouraged to use consistent questions to support a fair and effective selection process.
-
Rank Candidates in CampusBRIDGE
Agencies submit a ranked list based on interview performance and overall fit. Agencies rank students based on the number of practicum placements available. For example, if there is one placement opportunity, students should be ranked 1, 2, 3, 4, and not ranked. If there are two placement opportunities, agencies may rank two students as 1, then rank remaining students as 2, 3, 4, and not ranked.
-
Offers Are Sent to Top Ranked Candidates
CampusBRIDGE automatically sends an offer to the number one ranked student. Agencies are notified when offers are issued.
-
Students Accept or Decline Offers
Students respond within 24 hours. If a student declines an offer, the system will move the offer to the next ranked candidate.

Finalize Logistics With the Selected Student + Placement Begins

Practicum placements begin the second week of the academic term. Students begin logging hours in alignment with the approved schedule and expectations set by the agency supervisor.
