Recommend a Game

We appreciate suggestions for games that the DSC could purchase for any of our three gaming consoles. We review suggestions periodically and cannot guarantee that all recommendations will be purchased.

Game Development Software

The DSC provides access to a variety of virtual reality and game development software, and includes Terragen 4, Unity, and Unreal Engine.

Our high-performance computers have a large RAM capacity to handle data-heavy media projects. Our computers can be booked for gaming use during our operational hours.

VR Space on Campus

The DSC no longer offers a VR Studio. Our Geoffrey + Robyn Sperber Health Sciences Library hosts a Virtual Reality Lab which is bookable by U of A students, staff, and faculty for academic, non-commercial activities.
