Convocation ceremony / graduation help

Convocation and Graduation Help supports students through the process of participating in a University of Alberta convocation ceremony. Students receive guidance on applying to graduate, confirming personal information, confirming their ceremony, RSVPing attendance, reserving academic apparel, and resolving outstanding fees. A new March convocation period begins in March 2026 for students completing Fall term requirements. The Student Service Centre provides assistance with graduation questions, deadlines, and procedural issues to ensure students are fully prepared for convocation day. If you have questions about fulfilling degree requirements, contact your Faculty advisors directly.
