Indigenous Learning Space

A welcoming gathering place where the campus community can learn through Indigenous pedagogies and ways of knowing across First Nations, Métis, and Inuit cultures. The space supports activities such as visits with Elders, guest speakers, sharing circles, traditional teachings, art-making, and meetings for Indigenous students, researchers and staff. The Library may also host workshops and knowledge-sharing events. Smudging is permitted in the space. The room accommodates up to 19 people with the door closed, or up to 50 people using the surrounding area. Bookings are mediated and confirmed by library staff.
