The Faculty of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies (GPS) supports current and prospective graduate students throughout their academic journey. The service offers guidance on admissions, program requirements, registration, degree progression, funding, scholarships, and academic policies. Students can access support through the Student Service Portal, in-person advising, live chat, or phone. GPS also facilitates documentation requests, professional development requirement information, and referrals to departments, associate deans, and Graduate Student Services Specialists. This centralized advising service ensures timely, accurate, and consistent support to help graduate students successfully navigate their programs.

  • Log in to the Student Service Portal using a CCID (fastest option).
  • Join the in-person advising queue at 2-29 Triffo Hall.
  • Access live chat during scheduled hours.
