Recommend a Library purchase

Members of the University of Alberta community are welcome to suggest books or other materials to add to the Library’s collection. Suggestions are reviewed by the Library’s Collection Strategies Unit, with priority given to items that support the University’s research and teaching programs. Before submitting a request, we encourage you to search the Library catalogue to confirm the item is not already available. Requests are submitted through the Recommend a Purchase form and may require CCID login. When possible, materials are purchased in electronic format; print materials may take several weeks to arrive.
