Registration support & troubleshooting

The Student Service Centre (SSC) assists prospective, undergraduate, graduate, and Continuing Education students with course registration, enrolment issues, and related services such as transcripts, enrolment verification, and tuition inquiries. Support is available through live chat (including the virtual assistant Vera), the Student Service Portal, phone callback service, and in-person advising on North Campus. The centre also provides guidance on using Bear Tracks and My Schedule Builder, while referring students to faculty advisors for course planning and to other offices for specialized support. If your concern falls outside registration support — such as academic advising, program planning, or immigration advising — SSC will connect you with the appropriate office.
