Methods of Payment
There are many ways to give and your donation can be one-time, monthly or annual.
We accept Cash, Cheque, Debit, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs).
Mail: Please mail your Cheque to St. Joseph’s College. Credit Card donations can also be sent by mail by filling out the appropriate section of the PAD/Credit Card Form.
Phone: If you wish to make a Credit Card donation over the phone, please call Advancement at 780.492.9447 for assistance. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
Directly by Bank: SJC accepts Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs).
Monthly and annual gifts can be made using Automatic Bank Withdrawal and our Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Form. This can be set up by sending in the PAD form along with a void cheque or providing debit information.The SJC PAD agreement can be emailed to sjcdev@ualberta.ca, printed and mailed, or delivered in person.

Online: Online gifts can be made via Canada Helps by filling out our online form below.

In Memoriam or In Honour
Donations 'In Memory of' or 'In Honour of' can be made using our online form and filling in the relevant information in the Dedication Information section. If you have questions or would like to make arrangements directly with the College, please contact the Advancement Office.
Gift-In-Kind
The College welcomes material gifts of all kinds to support special events, fundraising initiatives and the day-to-day work we do. Check with our Advancement department to determine if what you have can be put to good use at SJC.

St. Joseph’s College Office of Advancement plans to raise $227,500 through donations and fundraising by April 30, 2026 and it will cost approximately $127,675 to do this. Funds raised will allow SJC to continue providing students with opportunities for transformative learning, resources for personal development, and a safe home in the heart of the University of Alberta.
