Both our Men's and Women's Residences are now full for the Fall 2026/Winter 2027 academic school year.

UNIT TYPES: Men's Residence has furnished single dorms with shared washrooms. Women's Residence has furnished studio, 2-bedroom or 4-bedroom suites with kitchenettes and private washrooms.

If the Gold Meal Plan does not align with your needs, you can simply top up your Bronze Plan by purchasing additional meals through OneCard. Please note that, unlike the Gold and Bronze Plans which expire at the end of the term, top-up options purchased through OneCard do not expire.

- 20-meal plan: $241.50 (GST included) - $12.08 per meal
- 40-meal plan: $472.40 (GST included) - $11.81 per meal
- 60-meal plan: $693.00 (GST included) - $11.55 per meal
*Mandatory for all male residents.
