UAPP Administration Changes and New Member Portal Launch May 4, 2026

UAPP has shared  important changes to pension administration and online member access, effective May 4, 2026. Note: no changes will be made to your pension, only the portal for administration purposes.

Academic and Management and Professional Staff enrolled in the UAPP pension plan are encouraged to carefully read the UAPP communication and review the login instructions to prepare for the transition.

What’s Changing?

  • UAPP pension administration is moving In-house: UAPP is transitioning from an outsourced pension administration service to an in-house pension administration model. This change is intended to support a more efficient, accessible, and streamlined service experience for members.
  • A new pension administration portal is being introduced for members: UAPP is launching a new Plan Member Portal supported by Willis Towers Watson (WTW). The new portal will provide members with easier access to pension information and enhanced self-service options, including annual statements, beneficiary updates, retirement estimates, and secure messaging.

  • Review UAPP communication: UAPP plan members are encouraged to read information about the  new service model and key transition activities and associated timelines. Learn more here

Register in new portal: Beginning May 4, 2026, staff should register for the new Plan Member Portal through the UAPP website or directly at eepoint.com/UAPP. Completing registration as early as possible will help ensure access to pension information and services during the transition. Once logged in, members should review their personal information, including beneficiary details. Learn more here
