Bursaries
Activity Box Bursaries
We are able to offer full bursaries to children and youth in need, covering the cost of the activity box. This reduces the price to $0 plus applicable shipping costs. If you know a family that would love to participate in our activity box program but is unable to due to financial reasons, please encourage them to apply for a bursary.
Our activity box bursaries are restricted to one box per child. If you are applying for multiple children, please fill out separate bursary applications for each child. If new types of boxes are released, then a child who has received a previous activity box bursary would be eligible again. However, priority will be given to those who have not received any activity boxes.

ACTIVITY BOX BURSARY APPLICATION
Summer Camp Bursaries
We are able to offer full and partial bursaries to children and youth in need for our summer camps. Partial bursary recipients pay exactly half the cost of the program and receive credit for the other half. Full bursary recipients pay $25.00 to cover the cost of materials and parking pass, and receive full credit for the program. If you know a family who would love to participate in our summer camps but is unable to due to financial reasons, please encourage them to apply for a bursary.
Due to fewer spots available in our camps, only one bursary is allowed per participant this year. In order to apply for a bursary, please fill out the bursary application form instead of registering for a camp. If the bursary application is approved, DiscoverE will manually register the participant in the camp using the information collected in the form.

Applications for summer camp bursaries must be filled out and submitted (including proof of income documentation) by:
- June 1, 2023 for summer camps in July
- July 1, 2023 for summer camps in August
