About his journey: "The U of A Aboriginal Student Support Centre played an absolutely massive role in my success as a student. They got me my first engineering job too, working for Shell in Fort Saskatchewan with an electrical team. And I've worked with the same team every summer since then.
"My plan is to get into the power controls engineering team and make it abundantly clear that I want to be on their clean energy projects. I want to make sure that clean energy isn't just the right thing to do, but the easy thing to do too."
