Fall 2020 at the EEC - Updated August 26, 2020

With Engineering at Alberta students completing classes virtually this fall, and the ongoing health and travel concerns related to COVID-19, all professional development and campus recruitment activities coordinated through our office will also be conducted virtually.

Connecting Today's Leading Companies with Tomorrow's Leading Engineers

Established in 2005, the Engineering Employment Centre plays an important role in connecting our talented students and alumni with leading employers seeking the emerging top minds in their industry.

All Engineering Students and Alumni can take advantage of our free career development services, including workshops covering job search strategies, resume and cover letter writing, and interview skills. Following graduation, all alumni retain access to our employment database, PlacePro, for future career development.

Employers looking to fill summer, temporary, or permanent positions can connect with Engineering students and alumni through the Engineering Employment Centre. Our friendly staff are happy to assist with all stages of the recruitment process, from planning and marketing effective campus information sessions to advertising employment opportunities and scheduling on-campus candidate interviews.
