Our archives are open to the public, read more about how to visit the archives here

As archival materials do not circulate, you need to come to the archives to view the material. There is no fee to access materials. To access any archival materials, please complete this User Agreement form.

Please contact the archivist in advance of your visit. Archival staff will be happy to assist you by retrieving the archival materials for your use.

You can use your own laptop in the archives. Several electrical outlets are available. You can also use a public computer located in the main area to get access to the Archival holdings catalogue, the Archives online resources.

 



Cameras (including cell phone cameras) can be used to copy archival material only with permission from the Bohdan Medwidsky Ukrainian Folklore Archives.

Researchers may request photocopies or digital copies for materials with releases permitting duplication. All copies are for user research and private study only. The Bohdan Medwidsky Folklore Ukrainian Archives must be credited whenever the archival material is used. Permission for use of archival materials is for single use only. No alteration of images is allowed without written permission from the BMUFA and/or copyright owner. BMUFA users are responsible for copyright and other rights requirements.
