As a result of the Alberta Provincial Budget cuts to the University of Alberta, the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (FRM) has made the difficult decision to no longer continue our Augustana MSc. Physical Therapy program in Camrose. We, with you, are deeply disappointed and saddened by this news.

Our current MScPT students at the Augustana Campus remain a top priority—they will continue to have a place in our Faculty. Our Camrose-based students will indicate their choice to complete their program at the Calgary or Edmonton campus, as outlined during a Student Town Hall on May 4, 2020, and we will do our best to accommodate that choice. Our students at Augustana Campus have always been part of the larger FRM community, and we plan to give them a warm, supportive welcome to the Edmonton or Calgary campuses in the Fall.

Prospective students looking to apply to our MScPT program are still welcome to submit their applications to join us at either of our Calgary or Edmonton campuses.
