Fellowship in Addiction Medicine

This new Fellowship has been accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada as an Area of Focused Competence in Addiction Medicine. It is a twelve-month program to develop and achieve specialty skills in Addiction Medicine. Successful completion of the Fellowship will lead to the designation of DRCPSC

Eligibility to begin training

• Royal College certification in any primary specialty, or College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) certification, or equivalent
  OR
• Eligibility for the Royal College certification examination in any primary specialty
  OR
• Registration in a residency training program leading to certification by the Royal College or CFPC (see requirements for these qualifications)
