Our Residences

Spring and summer housing
While most of our residences remain open, there are four community options with contracts and rates specifically for the spring and summer term in Aspen/Maple House, International House, Pinecrest/Tamarack House and Schäffer Hall in Lister Centre.

Visit our spring and summer housing pages for more information.

Fall/Winter 2021-2022
We are currently in the planning stages for the upcoming year to align with policies from Alberta Health Services and the U of A’s Public Health Response Team. Our goal is to have the majority of residence buildings open. Check back for updates.

Residences are offered on a first come, first served basis based on the date eligible individuals applied to live in residence. This excludes Lister Residence and International House. Offers may change depending on occupancy levels and/or operational requirements.
