Nîpisîy House residents have created a friendly, neighbourhood feel in their community. These upper-year undergraduate students live in furnished four and six-bedroom units.

Residents have tons of support and services built right into their residence. They enjoy stepping out of their doors into an active community as much as stepping back inside to relax in their own space.

*Wireless internet, heat, water and power are included with rent as well as the upper year orientation program. Total contract amount includes a prorated amount for accommodation from August 23-31, 2021.

**4-month contracts are only available to exchange students for Fall 2021.

Please note, all rates are subject to change, including meal plan values. All published rates reflect current values, and any approved changes are posted as soon as possible. In the event of a discrepancy between the official rates and the rates published, the official rates shall prevail.

Units are fully furnished with a bed, dresser and study desk with chair in each bedroom, and a couch, coffee table, tv stand, sofa chairs, dining table and dining chairs in each living area. All kitchens come with a stove/oven and a refrigerator/freezer. You will have to bring your own cooking equipment, linens, etc.

Eastern Ascent

Eastern Ascent is the Residence Services upper-year student orientation program specifically designed for students living in our East Campus residences. Eastern Ascent was implemented to enable residents to become comfortable in their new living environment, develop peer connections and become better oriented to the Edmonton community and campus.
