Information Governance & Reporting Stream
The university requires a data and reporting strategy and data governance to better understand its current state, outline its desired future state, and define its near- and long-term strategic direction as a data-enabled organization.
In this stream a number of initiatives will be undertaken to address data cleanup, to establish roles and responsibilities for data, and to implement tools to improve data governance and reporting capabilities. This stream will accelerate reporting, analytics, automation, and enable more time to analyze information to support strategic decision making.
