Most Influential Paper Award at IBM CASCON 2023

Nikolaos Tsantalis, Victor Guana, Eleni Stroulia, and Abram Hindle win Most Influential Paper Award (aka "test of time award") at IBM CASCON 2023 for their 2013 paper "A Multidimensional Empirical Study on Refactoring Activity".
"The Most Influential Paper, published at CASCON 2013 (10 Years ago), was selected among all the papers published that year based on the impact it has had in the industry and academia in the past decade."
