All of you are welcome as you are.

Following a quick break, participants will move to the Amphitheatre for a rejuvenating hour long sound bath with Marcus Fung of Earth Harmony Sound and Wellness from 8 p.m., to 9 p.m. Using instruments tuned to healing frequencies, the sound bath offers a full-body reset to relax the mind, body, and spirit. The gentle yoga beforehand creates space for the vibrations to resonate more deeply, enhancing the benefits of the sound experience.

Together, these experiences are designed to support nervous system regulation, inner stillness, and deep relaxation.

$49 per person. Includes Garden admission and all day access. The Garden is open from 10 a.m., until 10 p.m.
