  • If a physical card is not available, a drop-in pass may be purchased instead.
  • To purchase a drop-in pass, physical government-issued photo ID is required.
  • No oversized bags - drawstring bags & fanny packs only.
  • No open-toed shoes, crocs, clogs, bare feet, or outdoor/wet shoes.
  • No food or open beverage containers.
  • No jeans, jackets, or coats.
  • No pictures or videos.

OneCARD/VVC MEMBERSHIP CARD USAGE POLICY

  • You must carry your ONEcard or VVC Membership card at all times while in the facility, including when accessing locker rooms, fitness areas, or other amenities.
  • The ONEcard and VVC Membership cards are non-transferable and must only be used by the individual to whom it was issued. This aligns with the University’s ONEcard Cardholder Agreement, which states that the card “may be used solely by you” and is the university’s property.
  • If you lose your ONEcard, you must notify the ONEcard Office immediately so the card can be cancelled. If you lose your VVC Membership, you must contact Customer Service and a replacement will be made for a fee.

DROP-IN PASS POLICY

  • Drop-in users must provide a physical copy of valid, government-issued photo ID when purchasing a pass. This will be exchanged for a Day Pass, and returned once Customer Service has received the Day Pass back.
  • During drop-in times (for activities like basketball, skating, open activity, etc.), participants must carry their ONEcard or VVC Membership card  Drop-in pass for entry.

COMPLIANCE & CONSEQUENCES

  • Misuse of ONEcard or VVC Membership card (e.g., lending to another person) is not permitted.
  • Failure to comply with these policies (e.g., not presenting a card, using someone else’s card) may result in suspension of Van Vliet Complex privileges.
