Keely Cronin
Keely Cronin has extensive experience working with new immigrants, upcoming entrepreneurs and coaching in a post-secondary setting. She previously worked as a coach at the University of Waterloo and in the University of Alberta’s MBA program and oversaw Career Services, among other student services, at Concordia University of Edmonton. As the daughter of two small business owners, Keely has a service based mindset with a focus on helping people become the best versions of themselves. She holds a PhD in Canadian literature from the University of Waterloo and wrote her dissertation on migrant narratives in Canada.
Manoj Ananthanarayanan
Manoj Ananthanarayanan is a dynamic communicator and facilitator with a passion for helping newcomers to Canada. Hailing from a technical background in Chemical Engineering, Manoj decided to pursue his MBA at the University of Alberta and currently works as a Manager with the Government of Alberta. Having overcome his own struggles of settling into Canada as a newcomer himself, Manoj is on a mission to impart his experience and knowledge to help new immigrants better adapt to the Canadian norms and culture. His international background, and experience in the private and public sectors bring a well-rounded perspective to WorkSpark Consulting.
