  • Managed Independently: Conducted by our third-party vendor, Innerlogic, to protect your identity.
  • Strict Anonymity Rule: Reports are only generated for groups with 5 or more responses. No individual data is ever shared.
  • Canadian Data Residency: All data remains securely stored on Canadian servers.

A modern approach to Faculty + Staff feedback

We know your time is valuable and that you want to be confident your feedback leads to real outcomes. Our engagement survey process is built on these core promises:

  • Focused Survey: The updated engagement survey includes 23 questions, making it easier to share your feedback while still providing meaningful insights into the faculty and staff experience.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): AI is not used in the survey. It is used, with human review, to help analyze the anonymized results and share community findings sooner. These tools were developed with our survey provider and comply with the U of A's Framework for the Responsible Use of AI.
  • Timely Insights: Leaders receive direct access to real-time unit dashboards shortly after the survey closes, providing feedback directly to local teams.
  • Action Planning: Teams review their data together and focus on high-impact priorities to tackle throughout the year.
