KU03: Knowledge Utilization/Transfer: From Theory to Practice was held in Québec City, Canada, September 25th - 26th 2003.

The third in the series of colloquiums was held at the University of Laval. Building on previous events, 2003's colloquium explored the science and practice of knowledge utilisation and transfer by examining, amongst other things, the contextual determinants of knowledge utilisation and transfer, and, utility measurement.
