Student Service Centre Extended Hours - August 26 to September 20, 2024

To help you kick off Fall 2024 on the right foot, we’re extending our live support hours.

From August 26 until September 20, 2024, contact the SSC via phone, live chat or in-person:

• starting at 8:15 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
• starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday

We will return to normal business hours on September 23, 2024. As always, Vera the SSC chatbot and the Student Service Portal are available to you 24/7. Browse our selection of solutions or submit a ticket. Regular estimated wait times will apply.
