Supporting Indigenous Language Revitalization (SILR)is dedicated to fostering connections between communities and nations. We are proud to collaborate with a diverse group of partners, including Indigenous Nations such as Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation, Enoch Cree Nation, and Piikani First Nation.
SILR’s partnerships also extend to schools like amiskwaciy Academy in Edmonton and Athabasca Delta Community School in Fort Chipewyan.
We also work with institutions and organizations such as the Edmonton Public Library and the Yellowhead Tribal College.
These collaborations are essential to our mission of supporting Indigenous language revitalization through various initiatives, including gatherings, webinars, and shared resources.
